This Orange Fury Ford Mustang comes from Shelby Killer Performance, a tuner specializing in racing tuning out of Edmond, Oklahoma. The vehicle features several visual and performance mods, all geared to making this an amazing high-performance machine. With over 900 wheel horsepower on 9lb of boost delivered by its tuned engine, this American muscle car is ready to tear it up both in the streets and on the drag strip.
This Ford Mustang comes equipped with a D1X Procharger kit, a set of DeatschWerks 95lb injectors, followed by a Fore stage 2 double pump fuel system, pushing enough E100 go-juice for such a high-horsepower build. Furthermore, the Mustang comes with Stainless Works headers, a set of clutches by Brett LaSala, all tuned by Lund, using Ngauge, perfectly wrapping up this build performance-wise.
Next in line for this build were a set of suspension and wheel upgrades. Namely, the owner first added a full UPR suspension system, adjusting for the increased levels of horsepower, alongside stricter on and off-track performance demands. However, it’s the wheel and tire setup that adds that perfect finishing touch to this build. The Orange Fury Mustang we have here runs on a set of WELD S71 beadlock wheels. Sized 18×5 in the front and 17×10 in the rear, these wheels make for a perfect drag strip setup. Naturally, they are wrapped in some sticky drag racing tires. Namely, a set of Sportsman SR tires sized 28/6/R18 in the front and Mickey Thompson ET Street R tires sized 305/45/R17 in the rear.
Add a Motion Race Works parachute mount and a Stroud parachute, and this beast is ready to tear it up on the drag strip.
