Kalitta Wins Huge at Sonoma. WELD Racing Wheels at DENSO NHRA Sonoma Nationals

Doug Kalitta delivered another dominant performance in wine country, capturing the Top Fuel victory at the DENSO NHRA Sonoma Nationals in Sonoma, California. After qualifying No. 1, Kalitta powered through eliminations and defeated hometown favorite Jasmine Salinas in the final round with a blistering 3.731-second pass at 339.36 mph. The victory marked his second consecutive win at Sonoma Raceway and a record-setting seventh Top Fuel triumph at the legendary facility.
